Return and Exchange Policies

İznik Classics gladly accepts exchanges of unused objects of art with “Authenticity Certificate” within 30 days of purchase. If immediate exchange is not possible or preferred, a gift cheque will be provided and can be used for the next 1 month for any product of the same price.

Refund is not possible unless it is a case of manufacturing defect on the product.

Custom orders, for individuals or spaces, are processed through a mutual signed contract. In accordance with the contract, the refund of the payment is not possible if the order is cancelled in the production phase. It is not possible to exchange the custom ordered İznik Classics products after purchase.
 
Delivery Service

At İznik Classics, we strive to offer the best delivery services. All purchases are dispatched within 1-3 weekdays, unless otherwise stated, provided that the product is in stock. However, in connection with sales and the holiday season, the delivery time must be expected to be longer. 

All parcels to countries other than Turkey are delivered by DHL and sent as safely wrapped packages. On the condition that a product is damaged on the course of delivery, İznik Classics accepts to resend the same or a similar (with customer approval only) item without any charge.

Customization and Tailor Made Production

İznik Classics is happy to respond to your needs in product customization such as specific pattern, logo, initials and script applications on the already existing product in different categories.

İznik Classics also designs and produces tailor made products on mutual signed contract. Among the tailor made products are interior design projects, indoor and outdoor tiles, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, corporate gifts and objects of art. All the tiles on our web site can be manufactured in different sizes respecting the pattern and the color range.

On Out of Stock Items

On the condition that an item is out of stock, Iznik Classics maintains it for you according to the availability of the workshop and artist.
